Weathervanes are a cornerstone product at Whitehall, who originally
used metal casting as a way to preserve beautiful wood carvings of the
exotic wildlife found in the Michigan woods. These beautiful sculptures
were soon put to use as weathervanes and garden ornaments, giving
Whitehall its beginnings. Today, these detailed pieces are presented in
both copper and cast aluminum. Cast aluminum pieces never rust and are
finished in UV paint which prevents intricate details from fading and
helps pieces resist chipping and scratching.
