Made of Western Red Cedar in America's Heartland, your New England Woodworks cedar posts arrive primed white and ready for paint. The post may be installed as is, but please note the white primer is not a finish paint. Kits ship with fabricated posts, crossarms, braces, decorative top, mailbox support board and all necessary rust-resistant hardware.

Post Base Sleeves

An optional Protective Post Wrap seals in-ground cedar posts from bugs and rot. The 12 in. wide self-stick rubber wrap is not pre-applied to the post, as it needs to be placed at soil level.
